The principal, Kevin S. Keat, Senior Biologist, is a Licensed Professional Wetlands Scientist (PWS) and US Fish & Wildlife Service-Recognized Qualified Bog Turtle Surveyor in PA, NJ, MD and NY. Mr. Keat has over 23 years of professional experience in Environmental Consulting for a vast array of project types including Oil and Gas Development and Pipelines, Electric Power Transmission in Public Utility Industry, Federal and State Transportation (Bridges, Highway/Rail), Brownfields Redevelopment, Municipal Wastewater, Municipal Parks and Recreation, Residential-Commercial-Industrial Real Estate development, Municipal Waste Landfill Disposal Facilities, Petroleum Fueling Stations, Mining and Clean Energy Projects (Wind and Solar Farms) and Potable Water Supply Development.
